Hi, I’m Christine. I’m a personal trainer and a nutrition coach on a mission to help people change their lives by establishing lifelong fitness and healthy nutrition habits. I believe that taking care of our bodies is crucial to living our best lives and it is my goal to help empower others to prioritize their own health and wellbeing.
As a mom, wife, and small business owner, I know firsthand the importance of taking care of ourselves in order to be able to fully show up for the people and things that matter most to us. I help my clients identify ways to make small, impactful, lasting changes that they can implement throughout their lives. I will create a personalized fitness program that is based on your goals and abilities, evaluate your current nutrition habits and then formulate a customized plan for you. I will also incorporate elements of total wellness into your plan and focus on things such as mindfulness, stress management, and good sleep habits. I am here to support and guide you every step of the way.

- Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Rowan University
- Master’s degree in Health Studies from the University of AL
- ACE (American Council on Exercise) Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor
- CrossFit Level 1 Coach
- Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach
- American Red Cross Instructor
